Purchase your virtual card with 10 prepaid entries to Kikolle Baby, usable at either the Via Bronzetti or Cesare Da Sesto location.
The 10-entry card has no expiration and is non-refundable.
Below are the Booking Procedures for entries:
– log into your account via the link https://www.kikollelab.com/mio-account/
– go to the Kikolle Baby page https://www.kikollelab.com/kikolle-baby/
– scroll to the bottom of the page, to the section “Purchase or book your single entry”
– select the location, day, and time
– fill in the required parent and child information
– click on “Confirm”
– apply the promotional code received at the time of purchase, or click on the coupon
– the total cost shown in the cart will then be zeroed out
Booking, cancellation, and refund information
Booking: after purchasing a card (10 credits), booking is still required on the website by selecting the days you wish to participate in the Kikolle Baby activity on the calendar and adding them to the cart. For each booked entry, 1 credit will be deducted from the card.
Cancellation: to cancel, you can send an email to info@kikollelab.com or call 02 36696950 at least 24 hours before the booking day.
Cancellation Policy: if no cancellation is given (according to the methods indicated in the previous point), you are subject to the payment of the single entry or stamp on the card. For more info, we invite you to visit the Terms and Conditions page.
Illnesses: it is requested, with particular attention, not to bring children with severe colds, fever, gastroenteritis, and suspected exanthematous diseases. Always inform the educators of any cases of allergies, intolerances, or other issues.
